Susan Leibforth is Bastian Voice Institute’s Practice Manager. She is available to assist and/or direct any inquiries concerning the logistics of BVI, particularly:
- Practice operations
- New patient referral process, particularly those from out of town
- Billing management
- BVI educational events
- Visits by physicians and speech pathologists for educational purposes
- Website management
- Medical record requests
- Employment
- HIPAA compliance
